Well guys, I've got my plane ticket back to Cincinnati - leaving me one month left in San Francisco. As much as I want to check out some other cities, I know I am going to miss San Francisco more than I can anticipate. It'll be weird leaving and not being sure when I'll return. Leaving my family out here will be the toughest part by far. And if this doesn't become home, I'll be sure to visit frequently.

I will surely miss: kel, kai, lucie, and june | marcia (chia) | my boyfriend andy | my sf friends | pele (the big friendly dog) | the beautiful house | my co-workers | blue bottle coffee | the ocean | mill valley | the museums | golden gate park | napa velley | and unforgettably gross and/or humorous moments on the muni bus...maybe.

But good things in Cincinnati are waiting: my family and friends | decorating my apartment | going to affordable yoga classes | fall weather | my car | my bike | and my cat lillie!

Andy and I have been planning to take a little weekend getaway before I head back to Cincinnati. We thought Yosemite would be perfect but it seems booked! And so we planned a quaint but fun trip south including Salinas, Monterey, and Santa Cruz. However, I just read this beautiful post from Jeanna Sohn's blog, and now I'm thinking Big Sur. Coffee on the porch while gazing at an ocean from a foggy cliff? Uh, yeah, I'm sold. Looking for lodging now!

I don't know how I have not heard of The Coveteur by stylist Stephanie Mark until now, but it's amazing. A site with a collection of inspiring vignettes (that you can shop!)? Just what I need.
